Hypnosism

At the origin of change

A gentle process working with hypnosis at the level where patterns first take form

The Session

A session is a gentle meeting with what lies beneath habitual patterns — not to analyze or correct, but to listen at the level where experience first took form.

The work unfolds through hypnosis, experienced as a guided inner process. Attention is oriented away from surface narratives and toward the origin of emotional and nervous-system imprints. From this place, release does not need to be forced — it becomes possible.

The process is quiet, precise, and embodied. Nothing is imposed. Nothing is interpreted. The system is allowed to reveal what it has been holding, often from a time before language or conscious memory.

This work commonly meets experiences such as anxiety, emotional pressure, stress responses, persistent inner unrest, sleep disturbances, recurring patterns, or a sense of being disconnected from oneself. It may also support transitions, periods of exhaustion, or moments where clarity and inner steadiness are sought.

Rather than addressing symptoms in isolation, the session works at the origin — where conditioned responses and emotional charge were first formed. When that imprint is met with presence, regulation can occur naturally, and something reorganizes from within.

What remains is often a sense of relief, clarity, and grounding — not because something new was added, but because something unnecessary was released.

How the session works

The session is experienced much like a guided meditation. Guidance is offered through voice, allowing the nervous system to remain inwardly oriented and at ease.

You remain aware and present throughout the process. Some experience images, others sensations, emotions, or subtle shifts. There is no right or wrong way to experience the session — the work adapts to how your system communicates.

For the initial meeting, it is recommended that we connect with video. This allows us to see one another, establish contact, and sense the space together.

During the session itself, the choice is entirely yours — you may keep the video on, or continue with voice only.

Practical Information

Sessions are held digitally or in person, depending on what is possible and preferred.

The outcome is the same whether the session takes place physically or digitally — it is the quality of presence that determines the depth of the work.

Digital sessions

Most sessions take place online.

For digital sessions you will need:
• A stable internet connection
• Good-quality headphones
• A quiet, comfortable space where you can sit or lie down undisturbed

The session is guided through voice. Video is optional and used only if desired.

In-person sessions

In-person meetings are offered when circumstances allow and location aligns.

As I travel, availability varies over time.

If you wish to meet physically, or explore a particular theme more deeply, you are welcome to email me and we can then explore what may be possible.

Duration & exchange

A session lasts approximately 1.5–2 hours.
Exchange: 188 EUR

A single session is often experienced as deep and substantial. For many, a clear inner change takes place already after the first meeting — how the process continues to deepen and integrate is unique to each individual.

One session of this work may correspond to 10–15 sessions of traditional talk therapy, as it meets experience directly at its origin rather than through analysis.

About

Mona Hilal

This work is held by Mona Hilal.

It emerged through a deeply personal and spiritual unfolding — an inner unlocking that revealed itself not through vision or explanation, but through direct experience within the body and nervous system.

In that moment of opening, the architecture of this process became clear — not as a technique to be learned, but as a way of listening that already existed beneath awareness.

The work has since been shaped through lived experience, long observation, and devotion to the intelligence that moves quietly within the subconscious.

While informed by hypnosis, embodied awareness, and spiritual perception, it does not belong to any single tradition.

Rather than striving to change the individual, the process supports the system in releasing what was never meant to be carried — allowing regulation, relief, and clarity to arise naturally.

What remains is not something new, but something remembered.

I live and work in a slower rhythm, guided by presence and intuition.

I check my email approximately once — sometimes twice — each week, and I respond when I can meet your words with divine presence and clarity.

A reply may therefore take longer than usual — but what you share is received with deep care and respect.

Slow is smooth. Smooth is fast.
